Kelly Tufts has extensive experience at Discover Financial Services, having held various leadership roles since July 2000, including Executive Sponsor of the Professional Women Impacting Results initiative and several Vice President positions focusing on fields such as talent, customer service, and marketing. Additionally, Kelly Tufts serves as President and Executive Board Member of PayTech Women and was a Board Member of LAUNCH U from January 2015 to January 2019.
