Kent Anderson

Kent Anderson possesses extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as Director of Service Operations at Discover Financial Services since October 2004. Kent holds various leadership roles at Discover, including oversight of client services, service applications, and disaster recovery/business continuity programs. Prior to this, Kent worked as Sales Engineering Manager at Qwest Communications, managing regional teams in data center services and telecommunications engineering. Earlier experience includes serving as Network Engineering Manager at Galileo International, focusing on the deployment and management of global data networks for United Airlines. Kent Anderson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Information Science from Northeastern Illinois University and attended DePaul University from 1995 to 2000.
