Korena Dill

Korena Dill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and product management, currently serving as a Principal Program Manager at Discover Financial Services since February 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing a $41MM enterprise-wide initiative and managing a data and BI platform. Previous roles include Principal Product Owner, focused on a self-service decisioning workbench, and Lead Finance Project Manager, recognized with a President's Award for improving financial operations. Korena's career also includes roles at Arup, Jacobs, the Financial Investment Management Group, and the U.S. Department of State as a Fulbright Scholar. Korena holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Skidmore College, completed the Business Economics Programme at Imperial College Business School, and has contributed to sustainability efforts in educational settings.
