Lin Lin

Lin Lin is a highly experienced design professional currently serving as a Senior Manager of Product Design at Discover Financial Services since July 2024. Prior to this role, Lin was a Design Manager at Made in Tandem, where responsibilities included managing a team of designers and overseeing client projects for notable clients such as Grubhub and the Department of Defense. Lin's career also includes significant positions as a UX Lead at Allstate, where a major redesign of the mobile app improved user satisfaction and downloads, and as the founder of the UX Department at 4moms, which enhanced product development with a user-centered approach. Other roles encompass senior UX design positions at American Eagle Outfitters, Nokia HERE, and various other companies, complemented by an MDes in Human-Centered Design from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
