Liz George Stump

Liz George Stump has over 15 years of experience in leadership and customer service roles, currently serving as Department Manager at Discover Financial Services since September 2010. Responsibilities include leading customer service teams, managing operations for credit and deposit products, and enhancing employee training processes. Liz also held positions such as Senior Manager of Field Staffing, where recruiting operations for customer-facing units were overseen, and Project Manager, focusing on process improvement initiatives. Additionally, Liz co-founded COVID-19 Ventilators, Inc. and served on the Board of Education for Upper Arlington City Schools. An MBA graduate from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, Liz also holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Music from The Ohio State University.
