Razvan Zamfir is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations. Currently serving as Department Manager for Customer Service & Operations at OMV Petrom since August 2019, Razvan oversees activities in Eastern Europe, including Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Moldova. Prior to this role, Razvan spent a decade at ING, holding various positions such as Manager of Customer Experience Research & Development, Manager of Investigations in Customer Care & Services, and Team Leader roles focused on Investigations and Call Center operations. Razvan holds a Master's degree and a Licentiate degree in Marketing from Academia de Studii Economice din București, as well as an educational background from Colegiul National "Gh. Munteanu Murgoci" in Braila.
