Mark Wilkinson

Mark Wilkinson has extensive experience in IT and project management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Production Support at Diners Club International within Discover Financial Services since August 2012. Previously, Mark held several positions at Hewlett Packard Limited from 1997 to 2012, including Technical Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing Credit & Collections applications infrastructure and enhancing system availability through strategic project management. Mark also served as Support Manager, overseeing application support team operations and improving support processes. Early career roles include IT Team Leader and Operations Supervisor positions at various organizations, with a solid foundation in IT operations and support initiated during the tenure at Prudential Portfolio Managers and Hertz Leasing. Mark holds a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies from Farnborough College of Technology.
