Paul Suptela

Paul Suptela is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management. Currently serving as Senior Director, HR Business Partner for US Cards and Consumer Banking at Discover Financial Services since November 2007, Paul leads a team of seven HR consultants in aligning human capital initiatives with business objectives and advises Executive Committee members on key strategies.
