Sapna Patel

Sapna Patel has extensive experience in leadership development and diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as a DEI Senior Manager at Discover Financial Services since June 2017. Prior roles at Discover included Principal Consultant and Learning Consultant. Previous experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from August 2011 to May 2017 encompassed positions as Relationship Manager for Leadership Development, E-Learning Developer, and Instructional Designer. Additionally, Sapna contributed to United Airlines as a New Hire Instructor/Facilitator and as Asia Inflight Project Redesign Lead, alongside serving as an International Flight Attendant. Sapna Patel holds a BSc. Hons in Chemistry from UCL, obtained from 1992 to 1995.
