Alex Michaels, CDME, serves as the President & CEO of Discover Lehigh Valley since October 2018. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Sales and Services at Visit Virginia's Blue Ridge from December 2015 to September 2018, and Director of National Accounts at Visit Jacksonville from November 2007 to November 2015. Earlier positions include Sales Manager at Daytona Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau and Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy. Alex Michaels holds an Associate's Degree in Business Management and Business Administration from Lehigh Valley College and has continued education at East Stroudsburg University.
