J. Fernando Rodriguez

J. Fernando Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. J. Fernando is currently working as a Private Investor at Sir Cadian since May 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Discover Puerto Rico from October 2020. From 2012 to 2020, they held various roles at Puma Energy, including Commercial Manager, Regional Treasurer-Americas, and Regional Procurement Manager-Americas. Before that, they were the Franchise Owner at Snelling from 2008 to 2013. J. Fernando also worked as a Principal at Value Advisory Group, LLC from 2008 to 2012, and as a Senior Business Consultant at QBS in 2008. Furthermore, they occupied senior positions such as Senior Vice President Business Operations and Customer Care at Doral Financial Corporation from 2006 to 2008 and Director Centralized Business Operations at CitiFinancial from 2004 to 2006. J. Fernando began their career at Banco Santander Puerto Rico, where they served as an Executive Vice President Retail Banking from 1992 to 2001.

J. Fernando Rodriguez completed an Executive Leadership Program at HEC Paris in 2017. From 1989 to 1991, they attended the Wisconsin School of Business, studying Financial Management and Control. Prior to that, from 1980 to 1984, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the Universidad de Puerto Rico. J. Fernando'shigh school education was obtained from Colegio Bautista de Carolina from 1968 to 1981.

In addition to their formal education, J. Fernando Rodriguez obtained certifications in "Presencia e Influencia Ejecutiva: Desarrollo de Liderazgo Persuasivo" from Emeritus in August 2022.
