Joyce Mendez

Joyce Mendez has over two decades of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the National Sales Director for Discover Puerto Rico since December 2013. Prior to this role, Joyce held the position of Account Director for the Southeast and West regions, as well as Sales Manager at Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel and Casino from July 2010 to December 2013. Earlier in Joyce's career, a significant tenure at The Ritz-Carlton, San Juan spanned from 1999 to 2009, where the position of Director of Catering Sales was held.
