Ashley Miller

Ashley Miller is an experienced Interpretive Naturalist currently working at the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism since August 2019, focusing on interpreting natural and cultural resources while managing park resources in line with management plans. Prior roles include guiding eco tours as a Kayak & Paddleboard Tour Guide at Crazy Sister Marina, where responsibilities included operations setup and safety orientations, and serving as a Rental Boat Manager handling rental boats and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Ashley's background also features an internship as a Marine Educator/Interpretive Naturalist at Huntington Beach State Park, alongside earlier positions in customer relations and office assistance. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Sciences from Coastal Carolina University and an Undergraduate Certificate in Fish and Wildlife Management from American Public University.
