Joanne Parker

Joanne Parker, MA, CSM has significant experience in various roles within the United States Air Force, including Administrator, Section Chief Mission Support, and Superintendent Commander Executive Support. Currently, they serve as a Lead Business Analyst at Discover Technologies.

Joanne Parker holds a Master's degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Information Security and Assurance from Purdue Global, earned from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they studied Medical/Clinical Assistant at Kaplan University from 2012 to 2018. Joanne also obtained certifications in CompTIA Security+ in July 2022 and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) in June 2022.
