Selina Wegert

Selina Wegert has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. Selina began their career at Deutsche Telekom, where they held the roles of Intern Recruiting & Employer Reputation and Staffing Tariff & Transfers. In this role, they gained experience with recruiting procedures, conducted telephone interviews, and prepared and published target group-specific job advertisements. Selina also organized job interviews and participated in recruiting projects. In 2018, they moved to Bertrandt b.professional GmbH, where they held the roles of Health Care Coordinator and Talent Sourcing Specialist. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Discovergy GmbH, where they currently serve as Head of HR Interim, Deputy Team Leader HR, and Recruiter.

Selina Wegert is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management. Prior to this, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Mannheim in 2018. In 2016 and 2017, they also attended Pusan National University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.
