Joel Kirk

Joel Kirk is an accomplished director and producer with extensive experience in theatre and arts management. Currently serving as the Director/Producer for The Public Theater, Joel is directing and producing the production "THEATRE ADULT" by Gianmarco Soresi. As the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Discovering Broadway, Joel leads the Indiana Pre-Broadway Incubator Program. Additionally, as Co-Owner of Yoke Pavilion, Joel fosters community engagement and supports emerging businesses in Indianapolis. Joel Kirk Productions, managed by Joel, specializes in developing and investing in commercial theatre. Previous roles include guest directing at various prestigious institutions and serving as the Associate Artistic Director at NewYorkRep, where Joel focused on social change through performing arts. Joel holds a Fine Arts degree in Theatre and Film Directing from Ball State University.
