Edye Bauer

Bauer has over 20 years of legal experience advising companies in healthcare and other industries on a broad spectrum of legal matters. Bauer’s experience spans both in-house General Counsel positions and Partner at nationally recognized law firms. Most recently, she has served as General Counsel with Elements Behavioral Health, Inc., a privately -held behavioral health company focused on the treatment of drug and alcohol addiction and a broad range of mental health conditions. Bauer’s prior experience includes in-house legal counsel to Lytx, Inc., a provider of predictive analytics solutions to the transportation industry, and associate and partner positions with the law firms of Mintz Levin, Fish & Richardson and Brobeck.
