Emily Horwitz

Emily Horwitz currently serves as the National Director of Admissions at Discovery Behavioral Health, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Emily held the title of Director of Admissions at Pinelands Recovery Center of Medford from May 2019 to October 2021 and at Life of Purpose Treatment from January 2016 to April 2019. Emily began in the admissions field at Malvern Institute as an Admissions Coordinator from July 2014 to January 2016, where responsibilities included managing client admissions and interactions with insurance companies. Earlier experience includes a role as Admissions Coordinator/Addiction Specialist at Today Inc., starting in November 2010, where Emily oversaw the admission process and facilitated client groups. Throughout these roles, Emily has developed a strong expertise in admissions processes, client support, and addiction recovery principles.
