Jennifer Charpentier

Jennifer Charpentier is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in behavioral health and law enforcement. Currently serving as a Utilization Review Case Manager at Discovery Behavioral Health since January 2023, Jennifer previously held similar roles at Healthy Life Recovery and Pemarro Recovery Center. With a foundation in mental health and addiction counseling, Jennifer's educational background includes a Master's degree in Clinical, Counseling and Applied Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University, as well as associate degrees in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling and Criminal Justice from Palomar College. Jennifer began a career in public service as a Police Officer for the City of San Diego, showcasing a commitment to community welfare and support.
