Jodi Bizzini

Jodi Bizzini is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment across various sectors, including clinical and corporate environments. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Discovery Behavioral Health since November 2018, Jodi leads a growing team and has successfully implemented new recruitment systems and processes. Prior roles at The Wine Group and Discovery Behavioral Health involved recruiting for diverse positions and enhancing candidate experiences through proactive sourcing and relationship-building with hiring managers. Jodi has also held positions at Edward Jones Investment Co, where responsibilities included community engagement and training new associates in recruitment practices.
