Magdalen Gustilo

Magdalen Gustilo has extensive experience in payer relations and strategy, currently serving as the AVP of Payer Relations and Strategy at Discovery Behavioral Health since October 2019. In this role, Magdalen leads the negotiation process for various payor contracts, including fee-for-service and alternative payment models, while ensuring alignment with company goals. Prior to this position, Magdalen held the role of Director of Payer Relations and Strategy at The Walt Disney Company from February 2012 to July 2014, and was also a Youth Sales Grad Nite Coordinator. Magdalen holds a degree from UC Irvine.
