Mike Evans has over 20 years of experience in the real estate development industry, currently serving as the Director of Forward Planning at DeNova Homes Inc. since October 2013. In this role, Mike is responsible for the entitlement of land and architecture for residential and commercial projects across Northern California and Nevada, leading a team of five. Prior to this, Mike held the position of Project Manager at Discovery Builders, where similar responsibilities were undertaken since October 2007. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Forward Planning at Meritage Homes from September 2002 to September 2007, managing a three-person team and overseeing projects in the Central Valley. Mike Evans holds a degree from Cal State East Bay- College of Business & Economics.
