Justin Spann

Justin Spann is an experienced worship leader with a diverse background in church ministry and leadership. Currently serving as the Lead Worship Pastor at Discovery Church since May 2018, Justin previously held the position of Director of Worship Ministry at Providence Bible Church, where responsibilities included managing creative teams, overseeing Sunday morning ministries, and planning events. Justin also served as the Director of Recruitment at CrossPurpose Center for Urban Leadership, facilitating leadership development for college graduates. Earlier roles include Director of Multicultural Enrollment and Worship Ministries at Cedarville University, focusing on enhancing the chapel experience for a large student body while managing diverse music programs. Justin's career began at Liberty Heights Church as a Music Director, coordinating weekly services and directing a choir. Justin holds a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Cedarville University.
