Dr. Jackie Speake Dwyer

Dr. Jackie Speake Dwyer serves as the Executive Director and Independent Consultant at CORE and STEM Education Consulting LLC since January 2019, alongside roles as a consultant for Savvas Learning Company and a Professional Learning Consultant for Discovery Education. With extensive experience in curriculum development, Dr. Dwyer has contributed to various item development cycles for Pearson Assessments and previously held significant educational positions, including Senior Director for Polk County School Board and Science Program Specialist for the Florida Department of Education. Dr. Dwyer holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of South Florida, complemented by a Master of Education in Secondary Science Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Marine Biology from the University of Maryland.
