Marisa Flores

Marisa Flores is a seasoned professional in sales enablement with extensive experience at Discovery Education, currently serving as a Senior Global Sales Enablement Manager since July 2016. In this role, Marisa orchestrated a comprehensive training program for over 500 employees and developed a strategic 90-day onboarding plan aimed at enhancing productivity and performance for new hires across various sales teams. Prior to this, Marisa held the position of Manager for Global Sales Enablement, where responsibilities included the creation of onboarding curricula and providing executive coaching. Marisa also served as an Account Executive, implementing training programs for Inside Sales and Partner Support. Before joining Discovery Education, Marisa taught 6th grade English at KIPP Charlotte and was a Teach For America Corps Member focused on Secondary History and English Language Arts. Marisa holds degrees in African American Studies and Public Policy from the University of Maryland.
