Cristina Piçarra

Cristina Piçarra has extensive experience in sales and marketing within the hotel industry. Cristina is currently employed as the Head of Sales Hotels & Resorts at Discovery Hotel Management since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Sales Manager at DHM - Discovery Hotel Management from October 2018. Before that, they held the position of Sales Director at Luna Hotels & Resorts starting from February 2014. From October 2008 to January 2014, they worked as the Sales & Marketing Director at Monte da Quinta Resort. Prior to that, they were the Sales & Marketing Director at Alfamar Beach & Sport Resort from April 2007 to September 2008. Their career began as a Sales Director at jjw Hotels & Resorts in January 2002, where they worked until April 2007.

Cristina Piçarra attended Universidade do Algarve from 1985 to 2002, where they completed a bachelor's degree in Tourism. In March 2022, they obtained a certification in Pedagogical Skills from Traininghouse, Formação Certificada.
