Cathy Munster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in residential services and real estate. Currently, Cathy holds the position of Director of Residential Services at Discovery Land Company, overseeing preventive maintenance, procurement, and client relations since July 2025. Concurrently, Cathy serves as a licensed real estate salesperson at Signature Premier Properties. Previously, Cathy spent eight years at StayMarquis as a licensed real estate agent and VP of Housekeeping, leading guest relations, housekeeping, and operations for luxury vacation rentals.
