Deane Schofield

Deane Schofield has a robust background in acquisitions and development, currently serving in this role at Discovery Land Company since April 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure as Vice President at Eastdil Secured from March 2017 to April 2022, and an earlier position as Associate Analyst in commercial real estate financing at Moody's Investors Service from July 2015 to March 2017, focusing on Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities new issuance. Deane's academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Computational and Applied Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics & Statistics and Mechanical Engineering, both obtained from The Johns Hopkins University, along with a high school diploma from St. Paul’s School.
