Jan Kruger

Jan Kruger has a vast and impressive work experience in finance roles within the hospitality industry. Starting as a Financial Controller in the Maldives in 2002, Jan progressed to higher positions such as Director of Finance in various prestigious hotels and resorts worldwide. Most recently, Jan held the position of VP of Finance at Discovery Land Company, showcasing strong financial leadership throughout their career.

Jan Kruger completed a Diploma in Hotel Management from the International Hotel School in Johannesburg in 1996. Following this, they pursued a B.Com degree in Accounting from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, graduating in 1999. In 2001, Jan earned their B.Com (Hons) in Accounting from the same university. Jan later obtained a CPA Ireland Professional Accounting Designation from CPA Ireland and an SAIPA CPA Professional Accountant Designation from the South African Institute of Professional Accountants. Jan also completed an MBA in Business Management with a focus on Finance from Durham University from 2012 to 2014.
