Lauren Baker

Lauren Baker currently serves as the Director of Member Services at Discovery Land Company, a position held since June 2022. In this role, Lauren oversees member services at Barbuda Ocean Club and previously managed member services and outdoor pursuits at Gozzer Ranch Golf & Lake Club. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Membership and Marketing at California Yacht Club, where Lauren contributed to the club's centennial celebrations, as well as various roles at Los Angeles Athletic Club, where Lauren advanced from Membership Representative to Membership Manager. Earlier career highlights include management and client relations at The Barre Code, internships in sports marketing and operations at the University of Michigan, and initial work as a golf caddie. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management from the University of Michigan.
