Scott Stephens

Scott Stephens has extensive experience in the real estate and acquisitions sectors. Currently serving in the Development and Acquisitions role at Discovery Land Company since August 2017, Scott previously held positions as Associate Vice President of Acquisitions at Rexford Industrial and as an Associate in Capital Markets at CBRE. Scott began a career in the industry as a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst at Stephens & Partners, LLC and gained early experience as a Real Estate Investment Banking Intern at Eastdil Secured and a Real Estate Development Intern at Discovery Land Company. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Southern California in 2010.
