Sebastian M. is a Navigator at Discovery Land Company since June 2025. Prior experience includes serving as an Analyst at International Business Consulting from September 2022 to May 2025 and as a Student Ambassador at Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration from March 2022 to May 2025. In the summer of 2024, Sebastian worked as a Summer Analyst in Global Markets at BNP Paribas. Leadership roles were held at Hotel Ezra Cornell, including Programs Director, Programs Assistant Director, and Programs Manager. Sebastian organized Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives as the Chair of Last Call A Cappella and also served as the Assistant Music Director. Additional experience includes working as a Guest Recreations/Reservations Representative at Kiawah Island Golf Resort and as a Caterer at Headwaters Ranch, as well as serving as a Front Desk Attendant at Staybridge Suites Hotels, where responsibilities included managing property operations. Sebastian is pursuing a degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, expected to graduate in 2025.
