Elaine Alho

Elaine Alho has a robust career in human resources, currently serving as the Head of People at Discovery Limited since March 2001, where responsibilities have included acting as the HR Business Partner for the corporate division and providing assistance to the Group Chief Information Officer. Prior to this role, Elaine held various positions at Discovery, including Corporate Services Manager and Personal Assistant to the Group CIO and CTO. Elaine's earlier experience includes a role as a Professional Assistant at the National Gambling Board from January 2000 to February 2001. Elaine holds a BA in Languages from Rand Afrikaans University, where studies were completed between 1993 and 1995.
