Nonku Pitje serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Discovery Limited, where the focus is on providing impactful health solutions to South African companies and their employees. Since joining Discovery in 2005, Nonku has held various significant roles, including Chief Growth Officer and General Manager in different capacities within Discovery Health, contributing to the expansion of accessible healthcare and strategies for employer partnerships. Nonku also initiated “Discovery Women Move” in 2022, promoting women's advancement within the organization. With a background in management consulting at Accenture, complemented by academic credentials from Duke University and the University of the Witwatersrand, Nonku has a robust foundation in business strategy and operational excellence.
