Thembalihle Baloyi

ThembaLihle (Themba) Baloyi is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insurance and investment management sectors. Currently serving as the Non Executive Director at the Insurance Institute of South Africa and holding multiple directorial roles, including with African Reinsurance Corporation and Constantia Risk and Insurance Holding, Themba's leadership capabilities were recognized when awarded the 2018 AABLA Entrepreneur of the Year. As a co-founder and director of Sithega Holdings, Baloyi focuses on creating financial services companies dedicated to financial freedom. Themba also has a strong affiliation with Discovery Limited, having founded Discovery Insure Ltd, and has received the Young Global Leader accolade from the World Economic Forum. With academic qualifications from esteemed institutions including Duke University and Henley Business School, Themba continues to influence the business landscape within Africa and beyond.
