Tshegofatso Mashifane has been working in the insurance industry since November 2011. Starting as an Insurance Specialist at OUTsurance, they later transitioned to a Senior Operations Manager role at Discovery Limited in 2015. Currently, in the position of Account Relationship Manager, they are responsible for overseeing the customer service department and ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered. They supervise agents, train, coach, and mentor employees to achieve company goals.
