Erica Connolly, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Manager of People Operations at Mevion Medical Systems since May 2021, after holding the position of Senior People Operations Specialist and Human Resources Operations Specialist. Prior to this, Erica worked at HealthAlliance Hospital as a Human Resources Operations Generalist from November 2016 to May 2021.
