Cindy Crowley

Cindy Crowley has extensive experience in the senior living industry, currently serving as the National Brand Manager for Discovery Senior Living since May 2019, with prior roles including Regional Sales Director and Executive Director. From January 2016 to April 2019, Cindy held the position of Regional Vice President of Operations and Sales at Validus Senior Living, providing operational and sales support for both established and developing communities. Previous experience includes roles such as Vice President of Sales Operations and Director of Development Operations at Sunrise Senior Living, and Regional Director of Operations and Sales at Living Ventures Inc. Cindy's career also encompasses significant leadership positions at Century Park Associates and earlier roles at Marriott International and Diversicare. Cindy earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Planning and Administration from Penn State University.
