Jeannie Hitzegrad

Jeannie Hitzegrad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in senior living and health care. Currently serving as the Director of Celebrations at Discovery Senior Living since September 2017, Jeannie develops and oversees programming that addresses all dimensions of wellness for residents, including the organization of monthly event calendars. Previously, at Consulate Health Care as a Social Services Assistant from June 2016 to June 2017, Jeannie was recognized with the "Core Value Winner - Respect" award and handled admissions and evaluations. Jeannie also held the role of Lead Recreation Attendant/Supervisor at Innisbrook, where contributions earned the "5 Star Performer" award and involved staff management and event organization. Other roles include Administrator in Training at Consulate Health Care, focusing on facility operations and interviewing, and a Dietary Aide at St. Mark Village. Jeannie possesses a Bachelor of Science in Long Term Care Administration from the University of South Florida.
