Kate Risa

Kate Risa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and business leadership. As the Division Director of HR - Business Assimilation & Optimization at Discovery Senior Living, Kate oversees critical HR functions. In addition, Kate serves as the CEO and Owner of Prime Properties Real Estate LLC. Previous roles include Senior Living Enterprise Accounts at Paychex and Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Senior Living. Kate has also held the position of President at the Human Resources Management Association of Northwest Missouri and was a Western US Account Manager at AgCareers.com. Currently, Kate is pursuing a Masters of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management at Baker College Center for Graduate Studies and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Business Administration from Wartburg College.
