Kimberly Dembrowski

Kimberly Dembrowski is an experienced professional in the senior living industry, currently serving as Executive Director at Discovery Senior Living since October 2023. Prior to this role, Kimberly held the position of Executive Director at CONCORDIS SENIOR LIVING, LLC from April 2023 to October 2023. Kimberly has also worked with Harbor Retirement Associates in various capacities, including National Director of Operational Transition from April 2017 to April 2023 and as a Move-In Coordinator earlier in the career. Additionally, Kimberly has extensive program management experience in aerospace, having worked at Southeast Aerospace and Extant Aerospace. Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with dual majors in Communications and French from Wheaton College between 2000 and 2004.
