Therese "Rese" Cluck Schneider has a diverse and extensive work experience. Therese “Rese” is currently serving as the Vice President for External Affairs at Discovery World since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Development & Operations Director at Wisconsin Policy Forum from June 2014 to June 2021. Therese “Rese” also gained experience as an Economic Institute Graduate Researcher at Bay Area Council from October 2012 to May 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Business Plan Initiative Summer Consultant at the National Park Service from June 2012 to August 2012. Before that, they served as a Senior Manager, Conference at Net Impact from October 2009 to November 2010. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Pro Bono Coordinator & Paralegal at Whitman-Walker Clinic from March 2005 to May 2006, and as an Online Organizer for the Kerry-Edwards 2004 campaign at the Democratic National Committee from August 2004 to November 2004. Lastly, they gained valuable experience as a Program Manager & Conference Coordinator at the Global Council for Science and the Environment (GCSE) from August 2001 to August 2004.

From 1997 to 2001, they attended Virginia Tech, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Sociology, and German.

Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Community & Regional Development at the University of California, Davis.

Additionally, from 2010 to 2012, Therese attended the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management, where they earned a Master in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategy.
