Erika Balinguit

Erika Balinguit has a wealth of experience in the research field. Erika began their career in 2012 as a Research Executive (Quantitative) at InsightAsia Research Group (Philippines). Erika then moved to the role of Research Executive (Qualitative) and Senior Research Executive (Qualitative) at the same company. In 2015, they joined the Villar Group of Companies as a Senior Research Analyst. In 2019, they became the UX and CX Research Manager at Influx Research Philippines. Most recently, they are the Project Manager at Discuss.io.

Erika Balinguit obtained a BA Communication Research degree from the University of the Philippines Diliman between 2008 and 2012. In 2020, they earned seven certifications from Coursera, including Evaluating Designs with Users, UX (User Experience) Capstone, UX Research at Scale: Surveys, Analytics, Online Testing, User Experience Research and Design Specialization, Introduction to User Experience Principles and Processes, UX Design: From Concept to Prototype, and Understanding User Needs.
