Susan Radcliffe

Susan Radcliffe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and client relations, currently serving as a Senior Account Specialist- Retention at DishTV since January 2018. In addition to this role, Susan has been involved with THE APOTHECARY SHOPPE since February 2015, focusing on case management and WIC client relations. Previously, Susan held positions at S.F.S. & Design Benefits as an Insurance Sales Representative and at Novartis Pharmaceuticals as a Territory Sales Representative, where Susan played a key role in launching Lamisil anti-fungal medications. Earlier experience includes a role at Sandoz Pharmaceuticals as a Territory Sales Representative and a flex-time position with Johnson & Johnson. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from UOP, supplemented by educational experience at Citrus College.
