Elizabeth Rolinksi

Elizabeth brings nearly four decades of growth opportunities (and many great mentors) in automotive and advanced energy. These experiences have shaped her into the leader she is today. Elizabeth earned her engineering degree from Kettering University and an MBA from Cornerstone University. In 2020, she retired from Clarios as the Global VP of Operations and joined the leadership consultancy, Leading by DESIGN. Elizabeth loves spending time with her kids and grandkids, as well as traveling, sailing, and volunteering.
