Yashpal Gusai

Yashpal Gusai has extensive work experience in the culinary industry. Yashpal started their career at The Orchid - An Ecotel Hotel as a Chef De Partie from February 2005 to January 2007. Yashpal then worked as a Chef De Partie at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts from January 2007 to January 2008. Yashpal then joined Sarovar Hotels & Resorts as a Sous Chef from January 2008 to March 2009. Yashpal further expanded their skills as the Head Chef at The Great Kabab Factory, Mumbai from March 2009 to May 2010. Currently, Yashpal holds the position of Area Chef and Head of Restaurant Kitchen Operations at Dishoom, starting from May 2010 and January 2023, respectively.

Yashpal Gusai attended St Lawrence High School in Mumbai. After completing their high school education, they pursued a degree in Hotel Management at Rizvi College. Further information about their field of study or any additional education is not provided.
