William Ferko

William (Bill) Ferko is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, including aerospace, defense, banking, and manufacturing. Currently serving as Director and Lead Independent Director on the Board of Directors for Sypris Solutions Inc., Bill has also chaired and served on key committees. William (Bill)'s expertise extends to non-profit governance as Chairman of Dismas Charities Inc. Additionally, Bill is an instructor at the University of Louisville, teaching MBA and undergraduate finance courses. Previous roles include Interim CFO at CRS Reprocessing Services, Senior Vice President at Republic Bank, and CFO positions at Philips Lighting and Goss Graphic Systems. Bill holds an MBA and BS in Finance and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, as well as a certificate in Equine Studies from the University of Louisville.
