Klaus Thieme

Klaus Thieme is an experienced business leader with a diverse background in operations, sales, and marketing across various industries, including healthcare and energy. As a Board Member at Dismas House of Nashville since August 2020, Klaus focuses on supporting the reentry of formerly incarcerated individuals into society. Klaus founded and serves as President of Luftikus Investments LLC, managing a healthcare business in the Southeastern United States. Previously, Klaus held senior management positions at SPX Corporation, including General Manager of Flash Technology and Managing Director of DB Thermal, overseeing large teams and complex operations. Klaus also has extensive experience in global business development, previously serving in leadership roles at Waukesha Electric Systems and UTC Power, among others. Klaus holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from Verwaltungs- und Wirtschafts-Akademie in Stuttgart, Germany.
