Cary Severn

Cary Severn is an accomplished concept artist and illustrator currently working at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products since February 2023, focusing on concept renderings for Disney Marketing. With extensive experience in design, Cary founded Cary Severn Design in July 2003, serving as Principal Designer and collaborating with other design professionals on various projects until October 2023. Previous roles include Art Director for Comcast NBCUniversal, where Cary art directed prominent attractions such as Jurassic World The Ride, and positions at Disney Creative Entertainment, Thinkwell Design & Production, Universal, and Disneyland Resort, where Cary designed entertainment events and locations. Cary’s professional journey began at Walt Disney Imagineering, where multiple disciplines were embraced from April 1990 to March 2000. Cary holds a BA in Industrial Design, Art 3D from California State University, Northridge and further education from ArtCenter College of Design.
