Ghaith Haddad

Ghaith Haddad is an accomplished technology professional currently serving as the Director of Technology at Disney Experiences since November 2015, where previously held the position of Sr. Manager, Technology - Park Operations. Prior to joining Disney, Ghaith worked at Capital One as a Manager of Software Engineering from October 2013 to November 2015, after which Ghaith managed Smart Grid Development at Petra Solar from July 2008 to September 2013, focusing on building a software development team and overseeing application lifecycle management. Early career experience includes roles at Systems and Electronic Development - SEDCO as Team Leader of Content Management Systems and at GCESoft as a Software Developer, along with part-time work as a Communication Design Engineer and Teaching Assistant at the University of Central Florida. Ghaith holds a Ph.D. and an MSc in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida, as well as a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology.
